What is a training record book? Why do I need it?

A Training Record is issued as a paper book and also online in some courses. This is a requirement if you are an apprentice or trainee to record and sign off with your employer for your on the job training. Our trainers will guide you on this. Just to note, it’s the apprentice’s responsibility to keep the Training Record updated and located at the workplace.
