How long after I graduate do I get my certificate?

Now you have finished your qualification you will soon receive your certificate in the mail but when does it come?

Generally, an RTO is required to issue you with your certificate within 30 days, provided all contribution fees have been paid.

If you obtained a qualification with FTA, you will receive a text message requesting an address confirmation and for you to provide a selfie. As a part of the completion of your qualification, you will receive a complimentary FTA student card. This is set up almost like a drivers licence (only in your photo you can smile!) On the back will be a QR code – scan that and it will bring up the qualifications you have completed with us. Once the selfie, address confirmation and no fees outstanding are all ticked off – we can go ahead and assemble your completion pack ready for posting!
